Pod-Like Cabins To Open At London's Gatwick Airport

(Continued)

The cabins will be bookable for four hours or more, offering delayed and transfer passengers an option to relax, shower and nap without leaving the airport. Room service, ordered by television, will be available 24 hours a day.

"In the 21st century, luxury will be available to everybody at the right cost and this is a taste of that future," commented Simon Woodroffe, founder of YO!, Yotel's parent company. "Traveling can be a painful experience so we are looking to making it as pleasurable as possible for Yotel customers. We expect this radical approach to be extremely popular with a range of consumers and are looking to expand Yotel globally."

Rooms are available beginning July 1 at www.yotel.com or (011) 44-207 100-1100.
