Beginning on that day, travelers who are not Japanese or holding a Japanese passport will be asked to provide their finger prints.  They may also be asked to be photographed.  Anyone under the age of 16 will not be required to provide a finger print or photograph.    To see the details and exemptions please view the video on the web site below.
