NWA tries to revive Delta merger, reports say
Source: USA Today
Northwest proposed to Delta on March 28 that the carriers move ahead on merger talks even if they can't first secure a prearranged deal between the two sides' pilots, several media outlets reported. All cited unnamed sources in their reports. In previous airline mergers, the two sides have typically tried to combine workforces only after a deal was completed.
