As most of you are probably aware, America West and US Air have merged as one airline now marketing themselves as the new Low Cost Carrier called US Airways. KLM To Add Transatlantic Business Jet Service
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines on Oct. 30 will launch all-business class flights between Amsterdam and Houston, becoming the third foreign carrier to offer exclusive premium service between the United States and Europe. Like Lufthansa and Swiss International Air Lines, KLM has contracted with PrivatAir to operate dedicated jets "to better meet the demand" for premium service on the route.

Avis and Delta introduces first remote airport flight check-in kiosk at car rental facility

Avis Rent A Car System, Inc. and Delta Air Lines, Inc. announced the introduction of the first remote airport flight check-in kiosk at a rental car location. The new service offers Delta and Avis customers at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport a convenient option to check-in for their flights when returning their rental cars. The new kiosks, located at the Avis shuttle bus stop, incorporate Delta's online check-in option in an easy to use touch screen format. After using the check-in kiosk at Avis, customers get dropped off at the terminal and head straight for security with a boarding pass in hand.

When does your passport expire?
A passport that expires in six months is considered invalid for most countries. If your passport expires in less than six months from your scheduled return date, you may be denied entry once you reach your international destination.

Diners Club, MasterCard Join Forces
Diners Club members from the U.S. and Canada will be able to get reissued cards including the MasterCard brand. Diners Club members from the U.S. and Canada will now be able to get reissued cards that include the MasterCard brand, allowing them to be used like a regular MasterCard.
In addition, Diners Club members from outside the U.S. and Canada can now get cards with the MasterCard logo on the back, enabling their use at MasterCard locations in North America (internationally, the cards will still function as Diners Club cards).
